All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Local Pick Up and Delivery within Toronto & Hamilton:

There will be an option for free local pickup in Toronto & Hamilton. We will email or text you when your order is ready for pickup

There will also be an option for local delivery of 5 CAD for addresses within the set range. The checkout page will show you if your address is within the range.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur during Canada Post high peak season. During these delays, we will keep an eye closely on your package and keep you updated.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Sena Kbeauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

For US customers, international duties and taxes are unpaid for both paid and free shipping. Your package may also incur handling fees charged by the final carrier and/or customs charges at delivery.

Sena Kbeauty is not responsible for any fees charged at delivery. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in any form. All Sena Kbeauty policies are subject to change without advance notice. Be aware of your local customs regulations.

Return & Exchange Policy
As we are still in the initial phase, we currently do not support refunds or exchanges. We do hope to support refunds/exchange as we grow bigger.
